Charming early 20th century chromolithograph of young Dutch girls with their older instructor titled, "Dutch Girls" by Bernhardt T. Wall (American, 1889-1956), 1904.Signed in plate "Wall". Copyright Adrian Barel 1904 in lower right. Displayed in a rustic wooden frame with glass. Image, 5"H x 24"W.
Born in Buffalo, New York in 1872, Wall started his studies at the Buffalo Art League; he later began a career in lithography in 1889. He soon became known as the "Postcard King" and designed over 5,000 comic cards.
