Leonardo da Vinci Battle of Anghiari Engraving by Edelinck After Rubens c1660 A powerful mid-17th-century engraving of the famous “Battle of Anghiari” by Gérard Edelinck, executed around 1660 after Leonardo da Vinci’s lost composition and the celebrated drawing by Peter Paul Rubens.
