Marino Marini: 1901-1980. He was a very important Italian artist with Auction results for a single print over $42,000. That was for a pencil signed and dated and low edition print. This lithograph or paragraph is signed and dated in the print itself. It also has the number 23 next to the signature. From what I found online by someone who is selling the same piece it was done in an addition of 500 and this would be number 23 out of the 500. I don’t know who the printer was. But it is not a pixeled reproduction. I believe it is a representation of Pomona, which is a subject he often painted. The print and matting is in very good condition. There is a piece of paper that got in on the upper left side that could easily be removed. It does deserve a better more appropriate frame, and this one is dinged up as well.
