Colorful buoys are the focal point, with a calm, blue ocean in the background. A sailboat can be seen in the near distance. Titled and signed "Ocean's Edge 5/75" lower left; "J. Bearse" lower right. Presented in a wood frame. Frame: 16.5"H x 15.5"W Image: 10.52"H x 9"W Jan Bearse is a Maine based artist, who focuses primarily on landscapes, seascapes and florals. Bearse received her Bachelors degree from St John College in Cleveland, Ohio, and further pursued art studies at Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio. Vivid colors and watercolors make up most of Bearse's paintings.
