Me You, 2022 3-Colour Screenprint With Glitter Overlay on Somerset Satin 280gm Paper with cut edges edition of 175 Hand-signed and numbered by the artist. 45 x 30 cm The artist himself printed this edition, and the full edition features slight smudges in the ink and inconsistencies within the print. This was intended throughout the edition, and all marks show and emphasise the handmade process. Please be aware of loose glitter. Dave Buonaguidi is a British artist known for his bold, text-based screen prints that combine vintage imagery with striking, often provocative typography. Before becoming a full-time artist, Buonaguidi had a successful career in advertising, co-founding the creative agency Karmarama. His work often features repurposed materials such as vintage maps, postcards, and banknotes, overlaid with playful or thought-provoking messages in bold type. He explores themes of consumerism, nostalgia, and contemporary culture, using humor and irony to engage viewers. His distinctive style has gained a strong following in the contemporary art world, with his prints being widely collected and exhibited.
