Dennis Hopper quickly gained celebrity status after his first significant role in Rebel without a Cause (1955). Hopper is an icon of the Beat movement, and was known to have close relationships with artists of the period including Andy Warhol and Jasper Johns. In this exclusive print we see an unusually soft side to Andy Warhol, stripped of any artifice, irony, or humor. It portrays the icon in a touching perspective that can only be achieved through friendship. Part of an extremely limited edition of just 10 prints, one of which was owned by a mutual friend of Warhol's, Keith Haring.
