RARE Exhibition Collection of 78 Artist Icons - Contemporary Magic: A Tarot Deck Art Project - The Famed Traveling Museum Exhibition - 2015 Anniversary Limited Edition Featuring Updated 78 Framed Art Prints. A rare chance to own the full museum collection edition from Contemporary Magic: A Tarot Card Art Project - the famed traveling exhibition featuring 78 international artist icons and their depiction of an archetype of a Tarot card utilising their own iconography. This exhibition has been hailed as one of the most comprehensive shows in the last decade to feature the greatest and most brilliant artists and creative minds working today, exploring themes of archetypes and what constitutes the iconic. The exhibition catalog featured the actual deck of oversized Tarot cards, and it is a rare opportunity to collect the suite portfolio of the updated fine art prints on the occasion of the Fifth Anniversary and placement into the permanent collection at the Warhol Museum. The full installation of 78 framed Limited Edition art prints and accompanying catalog will add breadth to any collection. The set is accompanied by an Exhibition Certificate of Authenticity. The print template per the traveling show was created by famed graphic designer Lisa Smith, who has led creative direction on some of the most important graphics today - including The Met new logo, USA Today's iconic blue dot, and is the original graphic designer of the Tarot cards in the catalog. This is a museum quality exhibition, and is ideal for an institution, or institutionalised minded private collection of contemporary encyclopaedic range, and breadth of scale. It is the first Tarot card deck in history to feature 78 different artists. Each illusterous print is full colour pigment on archival paper, with embossment detail on the artwork, and finished with a high gloss spot lacquer. The works are framed in museum quality white box frames, and include an Exhibition Certificate of Authenticity for the traveling show - Contemporary Magic: A Tarot Deck Art Project. The complete exhibition has traveled to prestigious museum venues including the National Arts Club, Warhol Museum, Dali Museum, Virginia MoCA, amongst others, and has been featured in Top 10 best art shows in important publications including the Huffington Post. This Limited Edition release is on the occasion of the Fifth Anniversary, which also featured an art Tarot app, with bios and essays about each artist and their special approach to the card's archetypes as parallel themes in their artwork. Edited by Dr Kathy Battista, Sotheby's Institute, with Forward by Eric Shiner, Director of the Andy Warhol Museum.
