The expression "blue blood" is symbolically used to describe a noble person or lineage
at the level of a nation or country. It is associated with a high position in the hierarchy
of power, leadership, education, various achievements, wealth, and so on. "Blue blood"
also metaphorically signifies exceptional exclusivity.
Reflecting on history – both ours and that of other nations – we recognize countless
exceptional individuals whose contributions have influenced the survival of nations,
the development of culture, and their establishment among the world’s leading
countries. These are visionaries, politicians, strategists, scientists, entrepreneurs, artists,
and distinguished personalities from various other fields, whose works and ideas
are significant in the context of our country, as well as others and the world. Their
minds and thoughts, actions and determination, innovative, strategic decisions have
transcended the boundaries of time while maintaining a connection and ties to their
nation's roots and language.
