Vera Vizzi
Vera Vizzi (Milan, 1983) is an Italian artist working across painting and sculpture, blending materials and formats to create hybrid, tactile objects. With a background in Communication Design from the Politecnico di Milano, she transitioned from digital graphics to a fully manual, material-driven practice that prioritizes gesture, texture and symbolic resonance. Her work often takes the form of wall-mounted reliefs or compact sculptural volumes, where colour, surface and miniature figures coexist in compositions that evoke emotional, poetic and metaphysical layers.Rooted in a personal yet universal iconography, Vizzi’s pieces explore themes such as memory, perception and the paradoxes of human experience. Her distinctive visual language—at once playful and introspective—invites the viewer into suspended spaces that suggest both intimacy and distance. She lives and works in Milan and exhibits internationally through Casa das Peritas
