"Charity-Bien Faisance," a French bronze figure by Emile Louis Picault.

Bronze signed Emile Louis Picault. With cast stamp.
Wonderful work with a sensual, powerful aura and a stronger presence; the condition is very good.
Émile Picault was a student of the painter Henri Royer. He exhibited at the Salon from 1863 to 1914, where he received an honorable mention in 1883 (Valentine I). He was the author of the monument to Joseph Lakanal, erected in Foix in 1882. His work achieved great success with his editions of bronze statuettes for private collectors.
