Ramon Parmenter (1954- ) As one of the most successful sports artists and one of the most famous sculptors in American history, Ramon Parmenter has been able to leverage his unique talents into an illustrious career. He is famous for his ability to capture the nuances of the human body, showcase complex emotions, and create a sense of movement in his sculptures. From an early age, it was clear he had a gift for producing extremely life-like and detailed drawings. He studied at both the Wall Walla College and the Southern Oregon College of Art.
