biography
Thomas Cartier arrived in Marseille on February 21, 1879[2].
Élève de Georges Gardet and Victor Peter, they specialize in animal sculpture. The exhibit at the French Artists' Salon in 1904 and the award received an honorable mention in 1908, a 2nd class medal in 1910 and a gold medal in 1927, année où il passe en hors-concours
Pendant of the First World War, the devient illustration: the realization of the names of the postal cards of anti-allemande propaganda and the messages from the poilus. After the war, it was installed in Saint-Amand-en-Puisaye and brought together with the number of monuments aux morts.
