About the Item
'Sharing One Heart' is an original sculpture carved from opal serpentine by the Zimbabwean artist Tichona Nyakambangwe. The sculpture presents three figures grouped together, representing members of a family. Each of their abstracted, mask-like faces hold their eyes closed and has a peaceful smile. Their bodies are unified by a bursting circle carved through he sculpture like a mandorla, signifying their spiritual unity and familial ties.
