About the Item

South Tyrolean woodcarver, circa 1760 Wood, painted Mary, Mother of God, is missing the fingers of her right hand, and the baby Jesus is missing a foot, an arm, and a hand. The original paintwork is partially damaged. Despite these flaws, this is a beautiful, charming statue of a saint with extraordinary charisma.
