Each iron French basket bearing Louis XV, Neoclassical or Art Nouveau hallmarks is very popular. Many designers have produced at least one well-made iron French basket over the years, but those crafted by Mathieu Matégot, Jacques Adnet and Charles Schneider are often thought to be among the most beautiful.
