The famous artist known for the large-scale installation art called Aftermath of Obliteration of Eternity is Yayoi Kusama. The Japanese artist has a body of work that is exceptionally varied, ranging from graphic prints and paintings to polka-dot pumpkin sculptures, hypnotic collages, large-scale installations and fashion design. In 2009, in honor of her 80th birthday, she unveiled Aftermath of Obliteration of Eternity, a work composed of wood, metal, mirrors, plastic, acrylic paint and LED lighting. The piece is now a part of the collections of the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, in Houston, Texas. On 1stDibs, find a variety of Yayoi Kusama art.
