Excellent Art Nouveau Ceramic Piece:
Ceramic vase on a flush, flared, round foot with a slender neck and a large, bulbous head part with a small attached square opening, four bars emanating from the foot and connected to the head part enclose and support the slender neck, the vase is painted with delicate, naturalistic leaf and berry pattern, on the headboard four circular, framed indentations provided with gold glaze, covered with openwork, arched, painted with dark blue enamel overlay, the bars on the outside gilded and accentuated with blue enamel spots.
