Brian Leo was born in New Jersey in 1976, and is currently living in New York City. He is a graduate of Rutgers’ Mason Gross School of Art in 1999. His work has received critical attention in The New York Times, The Miami New Times, The Korea Times, The Korea Daily, Berlin Arts Link, New American Paintings, The Brooklyn Rail and others. Leo has exhibited internationally in both galleries and art fairs, including San Diego Art Institute, Dumbo Arts Center, Phillips De Pury, and Sotheby’s auction houses. His most recent exhibitions include Amy Li Projects, Megumi Ogita Gallery and Art Gwangju. to
