It was carefully crafted in solid sterling silver .925/.999 under the directory period of Charles L. Tiffany (1891-1902). This lovely compote is the model 12285 and designed with repousse patterns of reticulated open works, floral and foliage patterns. It rests on a flat base. As with all Tiffany pieces, the quality and design are beyond compared. Exceptional and rare example of Tiffany's finest work.
