From the "Christmas Carol" collection started in 1971, each ornament features a medal at the center of a 7 point star on a red acrylic disc hanging from a chain. The medal and the star are coated in a fine transparent acrylic coating which prevents tarnishing. All 4 includes an original box.
The 1972 edition features the song The First Noel. The medal is sculptured with "The First Noel" and an angel on one side, "Born Is The King of Israel" and "1972" with the three wise men with an angel on the other side.
