Georges Blouin was born on June 18th, 1928, in the Northern part of France. He attended the École des Beaux-Arts d'Arras, where he studied decorative painting. Blouin was a Committee Member and Jury Member of the Société des Artistes Français. He exhibited worldwide and was awarded many prizes and distinctions throughout his life. Blouin died in 2012.
