This exceptional antique George V sterling silver bowl has a circular rounded form.
The body of this presentation piece is encompassed with a cast and applied leaf festoon suspended from a moulded rim to the concaved channel to the upper portion.
The rounded upper rim features four large cast and applied scrolling leaf designs, each incorporating a vacant cartouche, in addition to further tied leaf festoon designs.
This exceptional centrepiece bowl retains the original detachable push fit wirework display cover.
The bowl is supported by an impressive circular pedestal foot embellished with an applied foliate collared design to the rounded knop.
