This vibrant 1980s colourful batik style printed silk shirt dress by Jean - Louis Scherrer is in excellent condition and has a dynamic modern aesthetic. The majority of the print is a deep turquoise, and features horizontal bands of colour in lime green, red and indigo with tan coloured batik style pattern playing over the surface. There are 6 x large turquoise buttons emblazoned with the designers signature to fasten down the centre front, which also feature on the breast pockets and at the cuffs of the ¾ length sleeves. Classic 80s style, the dress is slightly larger cut in the top and has shoulder pads which could be removed if desired. There are concealed diagonal pockets at hip level at either side.
