Marie (Maria) Philips-Weber Paintings
German, 1845-1942
Maria Philips-Weber was a 19th-century German genre painter, active in Munich between 1873 and 1883. She exhibited in Munich in 1876. Her works are currently part of the collection at The Munich Museum in Nuremberg and The Vatican. Philips-Weber is a listed and recorded artist in the Benezit-Dictionnaire Des Peintres, Sculpteurs, Dessinateurs Et Graveurs by Gründ, Volume 10, page 661-662 (Ninth Edition).
