Michaele Vollbracht Suits, Outfits and Ensembles

Rare evening ensemble consisting of a long silk dress and matching coat by noted American artist/designer/author and former creative director for Bill Blass, Michaele Vollbracht. His work can be found in many museum permanent collections. Vollbracht died on June 7, 2018 at the age of 70 and the world lost a brilliant artist and fashion designer. 1979 he launched his own line, which was received so well that it earned him the Coty Award the very next year. Being offered is one of the Couture ensembles from this COTY AWARD collection. It is entitled "Tulips in Rapid Motion" created in very limited production for Neiman Marcus and is considered to be a Couture design.
