First, they are extremely rare, with not many having been produced, so they make fantastic collectors pieces. Second, they are sizable and hefty, so they are perfect for large individuals or those who wish to have a large sturdy seat. Third, the mix of materials is just exquisite- luscious sweeping lacquered mahogany, scrumptious red leather with contrasting black leather piping and button, and gleaming brass hardware. And last- the shapes are just dreamy- the curvature of the signature arms that look wild from every angle, the sharp lines of the squared off base and the shapely bun feet capped in brass.
