American, b. 1939
Patrick Kelly was born in London, England. He studied fine art and industrial design at The Christopher School of Art and The Hammersmith School of Art, London, in the 1950s. Patrick's work has been shown at the New Vision Gallery in London, Madison Gallery in New York and All California Show at Laguna Beach. His work has also been shown around the world, including in Canada, Mexico and America. Patrick is known for designer colorful pop art style works, with an underlining industrial theme.

The Mississippi-born designer presented his first collection in 1985 and quickly drew attention for his vibrant designs inspired by his Southern upbringing and African American heritage, as well as the gay club scenes of New York and Paris.
