Pierre Renart Tables
Pierre Renart (born 1990, France) is an artist, designer, and cabinetmaker, graduating as Valedictorian from the École Boulle in 2011. A tireless explorer of materials, he combines traditional woodworking expertise with advanced technologies, pushing the boundaries of contemporary furniture design.
His work is distinguished by the elegance of its lines and the seamless integration of function and form. Pierre Renart quickly gained recognition among collectors, notably with his iconic Genesis armchair. His practice spans bespoke furniture and spatial design projects for collectors, architects, decorators, and professionals.
In 2019, his Möbius Console entered the permanent collections of the MAD – Musée des Arts Décoratifs, Paris, where it is displayed in the Marsan Pavilion. The Mobilier National acquired several of his works between 2020 and 2023, including pieces from the Ruban and Genèse collections. Since 2017, Pierre Renart has been based near Blois, France, where his large, state-of-the-art workshop enables him and his team to realise ambitious, large-scale projects.
