An exceptional, fine and impressive antique Victorian English sterling silver mustard pot made by Edward & John Barnard; an addition to our silver cruets/condiments collection.
This exceptional antique Victorian sterling silver mustard pot has a plain cylindrical form.
The body of the mustard pot is embellished with pierced interlacing scrolling leaf designs.
The upper and lower rim of this sterling mustard pot is ornamented with an applied bead decorated border.
This fine mustard pot retains the original hallmarked hinged domed cover surmounted with an impressive interlacing tri-lobed thumbpiece.
This antique piece is fitted with an opposing scroll handle ornamented with a plain scrolling thumbpiece.
The mustard pot retains the original removable blue glass liner.
Full hallmarks struck to the underside of the body and part hallmarks to the interior of cover are all very clear; the maker's mark to the interior of the cover have wear in keeping with age.

The pieces of this exceptional antique George V sterling silver 12 person cutlery set have been crafted in the Old English Reed and Ribbon pattern.
The surfaces of each piece are embellished with a paralleling reed decorated border accented with tied ribbon motifs; the terminal of each knife incorporates a ribbon bow design.
The terminal of each spoon subtly arches upwards, whereas the serving spoons have a greater contour.
The ornamentation to each fork and spoon continues to encompass a rounded heel to the reverse surface.
