This magnificent engraving depicts a fishing scene in the middle of a landscape with lush vegetation. In the foreground of this scene is a man standing fishing. At his feet a young woman and a child are looking at the water. Further back on the right, there is another fishing scene, this time with two men. The whole is immersed in nature.
