A refined pair of wall mirrors in the Louis XVI style, crafted in Florence by a skilled artisan workshop and entirely made of hand-worked and chased cast brass. These mirrors embody the Florentine tradition of decorative metalwork, where classical French models were reinterpreted with a distinctive Italian sensibility and an exceptional level of craftsmanship.
The frames display an elegant, elongated silhouette with softly contoured profiles, enriched by finely modelled rocaille scrolls, floral garlands, and classical ornamental motifs. The decorative vocabulary recalls late 18th-century Louis XVI aesthetics, filtered through the artisanal practices of Tuscan workshops active between the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
