Over the centuries the life and teachings of Christ have inspired many an artist to create His image in just as many ways as there were artist. In more recent decades the way in which Christ on the cross has been portrayed has changed significantly from how He was portrayed in previous centuries. Thanks to the perfect metal hook on the back, safely mounting this piece is much easier than one would expect.
