I have realized that my paintings lean towards loneliness and an unsettling feeling about the end, of all things. I think that my own mortality is creeping into my work but also there is hope in my futuristic images, celestial ideas of immortality. I m an optimistic person generally but the world is a worrisome place, the trauma in the mere existence of so many people, mostly women is a burden on my soul.
