An original Berkel Model 11 flywheel meat slicer, manufactured in La Porte, Indiana between 1926 and 1932. This early American example of vintage Berkel slicers has been meticulously restored to full working order, preserving its distinctive mechanical features and visual impact.
The body, finished in its original Berkel red enamel, is paired with authentic chromed steel and aluminium detailing, faithful to the factory’s 1930s specification.
