About the Item
This 1950s bandeau headband hat/fascinator is rendered in a lush leopard print faux-fur. Crafted by hand and likely one-of-a-kind, its façade is angled backward and grows in height towards the crown of the head, creating an extremely face-flattering shape. It has a base of black felt, with a flexible wired interior to fit every head perfectly, being very secure without any additional pins or hardware, yet not pinching whatsoever.

Great vintage condition, with some minor wear to the interior (which is not visible when worn) commensurate with age and considering the fact that it was handmade. With any questions about the specific condition or size, please contact me.

This vintage Christian Lacroix skirt features the most uniquely whimsical print, but the shape makes it quite versatile. Made in the 1990s, it features a print of florals, Eiffel Towers, opera glasses and masks, in a great colorful palette that really pops agains the black. The skirt has a high waist, with a super fitted/pegged shape that tapers towards the knee, and pockets at the hips. The fabric is 100% cotton, but it has a sheen and feels more like silk! It's fully lined and exceptionally well made. Note: It is unfortunately missing the Christian Lacroix label, but this identical print was used by him. It does have a tag indicated it was made in Italy, which aligns with the other Lacroix pieces featuring this print.
