Opulent crystal encrusted monkey belt buckle in the "style" of Judith Leiber c 1980s
The charming pair of large scale monkeys are encrusted with rows of glittering
diamante' crystals. Their eyes are distinguished with small glass cabochons
The heavy large scale monkey buckle is soldered onto two rows of gold plated
stretch bands that circle the waist. Makes an elegant formal wear accessory
perfect for the holidays, weddings or special formal occasions
The belt is surprisingly unsigned similar and comparable to Judith Leiber belts
from this era. Monkey's were a recurring theme in her designs
