About the Item
Frank Palma black bird of paradise feather cocktail hat from the 1950s. Black felt cap style hat (made to sit on the top of your head), the front of the hat is is made in two separate parts, one side of black velvet, the other of black felt, either outside edge is trimmed in prong set rhinestones, both outside edges have plumes of bird of paradise feathers that stand away like wings. There is a small black felt bow at the top of the "felt side". Unlined. Together with the original 2 black hat pins. Fits up to a size 22.
