Helmet hats: Mods went mad for them because their softness perfectly balanced their angular clothes, and they gave a silent middle finger to British "Bobbys" who wore them as part of their uniform. With its narrow brim, rich color and contrasting band, you couldn't ask for a better example than this one. Now go fetch an A-line mini skirt and some patterned tights! Soft bubble hat with three-quarter brim and ½” black grosgrain ribbon band; grosgrain interior ribbon sweatband.
