This truly enchanting 1950's percher hat, rendered in a navy blue straw, accented by a decorative matching tab, which runs along the left hand side of the hat and is decorated with a matching navy blue raffia rosette, is the perfect piece to complete your outfit. The rounded shape of the hat, features wired side tabs, which allow for the hat to be positioned upon your head.
