Stunning Art Deco Silk tulle shawl in black and ivory with frosted decorative over beading throughout. Wonderful patterning with black tulle in center and beaded areas predominantly on edges and hems. The ivory patterns are hand outlined in beads.
Can be worn in so many different ways. Likely French in manufacture due to the incredible quality. 1930's France.
