About the Item

French fashion designer Maggy Rouff (1896 - 1971) Paris designed this elegant 100% pure silk scarf in the 1960s. This scarf features a stylized abstract design with graduated bubbles. The Maggy Rouff's signature name is on the lower right corner. The combination of tones is bright and vibrant with primary blue and red colors over an off-white background. This scarf is a regular carré size with hand-rolled edges. There is a care tag on the side but no original box, but we will deliver it with a lovely gift box presentation. The scarf is in good condition, with some bluish discoloration visible on the white areas (impossible to picture). Measurements: 29.5 in x 30 in (75 x 77 cm)
