About the Item

Nicolas Kirkwood is a British shoe designer who is well known for his inventive and architectural shoes. Unfortunately, he has fairly recently decided to close down his brand citing that he thought the brand had run its course. These are a gorgeous example of his work, albeit a bit more muted than his usual fantastical style. They came as flat mules as well has these flats (with a small decorative heel). These shoes are made of black velvet, in Italy and are beautifully embellished. They are definitely wearable casually or dressy.. Please note, although not a new model these shoes are in as new condition, therefore I have marked them as excellent.
