About the Item
This ultra-slim cat-eye distills the 90s “micro” silhouette into a razor-clean statement: a long, low brow that runs almost straight before snapping upward into fine, tapered wings. The front is glossy black acetate with a proud, flat outer rim that frames the lenses like little fins, while a shallow center dip keeps the bridge sleek and uninterrupted. The lenses sit narrow and elongated dark smoked grey to hold the graphic outline and add a cool, editorial mood. Temples are minimalist and lightly arched for a firm, close fit. On the face, the proportions lengthen the eye line and carve the cheekbones, reading sharp, modern, and a touch futuristic, perfect with structured tailoring, leather, or monochrome looks. Patrick Kelly
Patrick Kelly was born in London, England. He studied fine art and industrial design at The Christopher School of Art and The Hammersmith School of Art, London, in the 1950s. Patrick's work has been shown at the New Vision Gallery in London, Madison Gallery in New York and All California Show at Laguna Beach. His work has also been shown around the world, including in Canada, Mexico and America. Patrick is known for designer colorful pop art style works, with an underlining industrial theme.
