1990s Lolita Lempicka button down blouse in a black and white polka dot taffeta/silk fabric, with a sheer chiffon silk panel over the shoulders and upper chest. Then the collar is also in taffeta with broderie anglaise. There are two front pockets and the blouse cinches in at the waist. The buttons are also covered in the taffeta fabric.
