About the Item
Belgian Art Deco Bias Tape Lace Blouse from the 1930's composed of many yards of bias tape manipulated and hand stitched into floral patterns and leaf forms. Completely hand made with threaded "bridges" holding the motifs together, the craftsmanship is really insane and cannot be produced today especially for just a blouse. Even the collar is completely created with tiny strips of self fabric bias tape and trimmed in flowers and leaves.
