Evening or party jacket inspired by Amazone style, in brown silk satin with gold stylized patterns in volutes, feathers and panaches. This is a reuse of an older dress because the Brocaded satin silk is to date between 1890 and 1910. Wide flared and fitted in the back cut as a Banyan or Amazone style. Opening in the front, small collar and bent with small mutton legs sleeves. Split back reminding the tailcoats. Closure at the collar by a hook. Lining in brown glossy cotton also from the period 1900. No label. Excellent condition of color and conservation.
