About the Item
Orange wool coat of iconic 1960s style, featuring an A-line silhouette with welted empire seam Setting off the orange and providing contrast is the black leather trim around all edges, including the faux pocket flaps under the empire; the actual patch pockets are open on the sides. Along the asymmetrical closure are three black buttons above the empire seam, which circles the coat. At the neckline is a narrow band collar. Sleeves are set in. The knee-length coat is unlined and contains a "Bonwit Teller" label, which was a luxury NYC department store rivaling Bergdorf Goodman.
