About the Item
This 1970's embroidered flower power era multi color coat is a harbinger of Spring, and a very cheerful burst of color. The flowers are embroidered on a light weight black fabric in more than a dozen different colors. They are embroidered in various weights of wool yarn and have four, five or six petals. The collar and cuffs of the coat are embroidered with a finer weight yarn creating a distinct diagonal pattern on the collar and a vertical pattern on the cuffs. The coat is lined with a black fabric with a woven diamond pattern in a range of colors. There is a long fringed belt that matches the lining which seems to indicate that the coat is reversible. It is in very good to excellent condition. There is no size tag or label so please check the measurements below.
