Contrasts and textures abound in this striking vintage gem, whose rare larger size and modern cut lend life beyond its age. Still lustrous and supple, the astrakhan’s deep black poodle curls are the perfect foil for the oversized silver mink notch lapels, which form a rounded shawl collar at the rear. Flannel-lined side pockets provide warmth, but we’ll forgive you if you let the breeze in and wear it open: the peony-embroidered brocade lining is too good to hide! A-line jacket of genuine astrakhan fur; contrasting V neckline with notched lapels and cape collar of silver mink. Fur hook closures at sternum and waist; flannel-lined pockets both sides.
