About the Item
This Chinese cream on cream silk hand embroidered coat is absolutely stunning and is worked with cream silk thread on a cream silk background. There are chrysanthemums, daisies, roses and floral vines in addition to butterflies and elegant birds with long tails. The center front, cuffs and the hemline are embroidered with a repeat pattern of a scalloped half circle surrounding a floral center adding even more interest to the design. The coat closes with two silk covered buttons and loops. It is fully lined in a slightly heavier silk twill. The lining is completely hand sewn as is the hemline. This coat is in perfect, pristine condition and appears to have never been worn. it would best fit a size Medium-Large. Measurements;
